As a 2017 alumnus of the entrepreneurship programs Summer Company and Business in the Streets, Shane is the founder of ISLVND Co. (pronounced “island co”), a multimedia company that focuses on projects related to the Caribbean diaspora.
A multimedia specialist and content creator with a Master of Arts in Media Production from Ryerson University, Shane specializes in developing various media-related projects including: video, photography, promotional media kits, graphic designs for merchandise tables, and social media/community management.
His multimedia roles range from being an in-house graphic designer and blogger to on-road videographer/photographer. Shane has graciously had the opportunity to tour the U.S. with International Reggae/Dancehall superstar Mr. Vegas, and he continues to work with several other Dancehall artists such as Konshens, Christopher Martin, Beenie Man and more under the Francis Management booking agency.
